This living area is in a neighborhood of large well kept homes. We have a community outdoor pool which you will have access to.   You will have plenty of street parking as the plots for each house are rather large.   Your living area will be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks which is included in your rent.

Your spacious living area includes a private kitchenette, bedroom, a storage area, private living room and private bathroom.

We have 2 minor drawbacks which are that the entrance and laundry facilities are shared, and noise carries through the house pretty well, though everything quiets down by about 7pm in our house.
