Luminous, modern suite, fully furnished in residential area in Bethesda (Glen Echo) available for monthly and long term rental. You will enjoy free parking, large windows, complete privacy, and an independent entrance. Upscale suburban neighborhood with downtown Bethesda and the National Institutes of Health literally a 12 minute drive away. Public transportation to the Metro red line is in walking distance. We are a quick drive or metro ride to Washington DC with its many attractions and to Dulles or Reagan airports. We are taking all covid-19 precautions to ensure safety for our family and our guests. All members in our household are fully vaccinated and adhere to the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention. The space consists in a large, clean, one bedroom, one bath luminous suite. There is plenty of storage space, and the eat-in dining area is equipped with a sink,  mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, double induction plate and a Keurig coffee machine. The bedroom is separate with a comfortable queen size bed and a large closet and an in-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The living room has a 55" flat-screen smart TV where you can stream programs with your own Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts, or benefit of our large video library. The suite has also fast internet service. The large wall of windows overlooks a green and private backyard, conducive to relaxation and meditation. A yoga mat is available. The apartment has an autonomous HVAC system and washer/dryer. We are located in an upscale neighborhood and a quick drive or bike run to Bethesda where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Safeway, restaurants, and drugstore are in walking distance.  If you love biking or hiking, we are walking distance from the Washington Canal path, which extends along the beautiful Potomac for miles, and from the Crescent Trail, both of which are panoramic and will get you to Georgetown and downtown Washington DC. We are 4 miles away from Bethesda Metro Station and 5 miles away from the NIH/Walter Reed. We are about a 20-minute (up to 30 depending on traffic) drive into Washington DC. Ideal for one person, who enjoys a clean, quiet and well connected environment. Must be full time professional employee. Provide occupation, work hours and work location when responding.
