I am looking for a new roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom/2-story apartment in Bethesda. It is located very close to NIH and Walter Reed, is within 1.5 miles of two separate red line metro station, and has easy access to both I-270 and I-495. It will be available for move-in the first week of October, and rent is ~$1350/month + utilities/parking.

 

I'm a Maryland native in my early 30s and currently work afternoons/evenings. I am and pretty laid-back go with the flow kind of person, and would love to have a friendly vibe with my new roommate.  My interests include concerts/live music, reading, cooking, baking, various crafts, and spoiling my 3 young cats (they’re very sweet and love to cuddle).

 

Our apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central ac/heating, a large patio with a storage closet, and 2.5 baths so we each get our own + a half bath downstairs. Your room also has a spacious L-shaped closet and a large window that lets in a ton of natural light during the day. You will also have access to the on site gym and pool during the summer months.
