A large number of our tenants over the last 15 years have come from the NIH community. We have a large private suite of several rooms for a single to share the bedroom level of the house with. Rooms include a studio style bedroom/living/dining area, large private bathroom, huge walk in closet, and a kitchenette/office, available for $1550/month, which includes the utilities of water/sewer/trash/electricity, natural gas, and wifi. You can use the furniture in pics or anything you don't want can be stored if you want to bring your own. Kitchenette is furnished with a medium sized frig, D/W, and microwave. Very reliable Verizon FIOS household wireless internet is provided for free and has a great reliability record. 8 min walk to Rockville Metro station, 4 min drive or 10 min walk to Rockville Movement climbing gym, 10 min walk to Rockville town center. Off street parking for one car. There's once every two week maid service for all common areas. Main floor common areas include a front porch, dining room, large, well outfitted kitchen, breakfast area, family room and 3 ½ season back porch. Outdoor accessible bike room and an exercise room are other common areas you'd be welcome to use. No smoking. No motorcycles. No pets allowed, and no service animals allowed (allergies). It’s a very well sound proofed home with a nice quiet vibe in a nice quiet neighborhood. I’ve had people refer to it as ‘an apartment that happens to be in a house’.
