I plan to convert my single family house to a group house. I am an IT professional, Hijabi, above 50. I became empty nester and now have a few empty rooms. This is Woman only house. All rooms are furnished.

The house is within a 4 mile radius of NIH, Beltway, I-270. 4 Red Line Metro stations (Wh Flint, Grosvenor, Medical Center and Bethesda), Bus stop 6 minutes. 10 minutes bus ride to NIH/ Red Line metro. Car not required public transportation available.

There are lots of eating facilities around. Uber eats take home etc. Flower child, Star bucks, Balducci lots of good eatery in walking distance (10 minute of walk).

Bedroom with own bath: 900
Bed with shared bath: 750

Plus $100 for Utilities.
Month to month contract is possible.
