I’ve rented this unit for 35 years and have had excellent experience. Last tenant stayed 7 years until she bought her own house. Tenant must have three excellent references and love dogs. I have large, friendly German Shepherd who uses dog door next to kitchenette to get to back yard but is blocked from LR and BR.
