It comes fully furnished (mattress, closets, desk, lamp etc)  and it's currently for rent ($1200) Located in Silver Spring, the room is in a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood. We are very close to grocery stores, a shopping center (Westfield mall) and 2 blocks away from the Sligo Creek path). If you don't have a car, no worries we also have a bus stop at the end of our street that takes you to NIH, a 7 min walk to the metro (red line) or if you do have a car it's a 10 min drive to the NIH.
