The total cost to move in is $750. You'd have 3 days after moving in to pay a prorated rent. Provided you give at least two-weeks' notice you'd get $750 back on your last day assuming the carpet has no stains. (Over the past few years only two didn't get it while they were still here. One person got it all back, but only after we managed to verify that we could get the carpet stain out with a steam cleaner. The other person was past due on her rent, and wanted to use the security deposit to pay for rent, which one isn't allowed to do here.)
All inquiries made between 9am-9pm will be responded to within 2 hours, so if there's no response within that time, you should consider trying a second way of reaching out since we did not receive your message.
