This living area is in a beautiful neighborhood of large well kept homes.  Our neighborhood has a large outdoor pool and tennis courts that are available to anyone living in the neighborhood for free.  You will have plenty of street parking as the plots for each house are much larger than most neighborhoods in the region.  There is little car traffic in our neighborhood  and trails connecting to adjacent neighborhoods allow one to run a 5k in our neighborhood with out ever going on a main road.   Utilities light cleaning and internet are also included in the rent. The spacious living area includes a kitchenette, bedroom, storage area, living room and bathroom, all of which are private. We have 2 minor drawbacks which are that the entrance and laundry facilities are shared in other words there is no seperate entrance.  

Our neighborhood is only a few miles from NIH and Walter Reed, however public transportation to and from our neighborhood is not great.   We highly recommend this place for people who have their own car and ability to park at work.  There are bike trails to NIH from our house that take about 30 minutes.   Biking is an acceptable option in the summer but not a great option other times of the year. 

We have plenty of kitchen equipment, sheets, pillows, towels  if you need a completely turn key set up.
