My roommate is planning to move out in December from our 2BR/1BA apartment. We are looking for someone to take over his part of the lease from January-April 2026. There is an option for a month-to-month rollover after April.

 

Rent is split evenly at $867 per person per month. January rent would be pro-rated. 

 

The apartment is on Battery Lane, steps away from the NIH south gate. Also steps away from Woodmont Triangle. Low cost at a convenient location!

 

Utilities are included except electricity. Electricity has been $30-$75 per person per month, depending on the season. Internet has been $26.50 per person per month at a promotional rate.

 

Heating is electric and cooking is gas. Heating/cooling is forced-air and controlled by the resident with an electronic thermostat. Resident can switch between heating and cooling at any time. We have community laundry on the first floor of the building.
