The studio is airy, sunny south facing, fully furnished and decorated with many bespoke architectural details. The entrance is at the rear of the house and completely private. All the appliances are new.

The kitchen has an induction stove top, Breville toaster, dishwasher and is stocked with all essential kitchen utensils.

Extra storage is next to the washer and dryer in the bathroom. Towels and a set of linens are available.

Tall curtains close off the sleeping area for a cozy and private rest. There is a generous closet area and a built study desk. Two ceiling heights (8ft and 9ft) allow for ample sunlight and tree filled garden views.

A private outdoor patio with outdoor furniture is scheduled to be installed in the next month. Off-street parking is safe and shaded.

The location is perfect for a professional or grad student who loves to come home to a small town feel in an urban neighborhood. We are close to Rock Creek parkway, shopping in Kensington to the East, Bethesda to the south, major shopping and restaurants in North Bethesda.  Walk to Grosvenor (20 min) Metro and NIH is only one stop down!

Walter Reed  - 3.4 miles (13 min)

Shady Grove Hospital- 9.3 miles

The amazing Strathmore Music hall is 1.3 miles away, a brisk walk or bike ride.
