*Complimentary bedroom/bathroom/utilities, in exchange for overnight safety, support, and camaraderie*

Looking for a mature, friendly single female to share a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo in Chevy Chase, MD (<3 miles from NIH). I am a quiet, friendly, outgoing 53-year-old female with some disabilities that require me to have a roommate. 

I have a wonderful group of women who support me during the day and evening. They take me to my part-time volunteer jobs during the day, help me with meal preparation, and take me to my evening activities, such as Spirit Club and Zumba. I need someone to be in the apartment overnight from 9 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Friday. 

I am looking for someone who has a full-time job, perhaps even taking classes in the evening, as long as they can be in the apartment during nighttime hours. This may be a great opportunity for a graduate student/young professional who can commit to at least 2 years of support under this arrangement and is comfortable living with a person with disabilities. 

As a guest roommate, you will have no housing-related expenses. A background screening is required.
