You will enjoy spending time by the pool in the summer months as well as the convenience of being a couple of blocks away from Wildwood Manor Shopping Center with Balducci’s, restaurants, CVS and many other stores. The Grosvenor Metro is about one mile away and bus lines 2-3 blocks away. The room is in the upper level of the home with nice views of the yard and pool. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, and Smart TV. You will also have a den with a cozy love seat, book shelves and small desk to use right next to your bedroom. You will have use of a nicely updated bathroom. The bathroom is not a private bathroom, but the two other tenants of the house have access to private bathrooms so shared usage should be limited, mainly for house guests. You will have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, lower level family rooms, outdoor patio and pool area. Due to the shared space living, we are looking for a person who values a clean and quiet environment and who will be respectful to the home, neighbors and other house occupants.
