Several rooms are available for NIH summer internships.

Price: $35-$45/night (only $45 available now).

This room is in a single house in Bethesda. The guests we host are of higher education background, and the guests get along well with each other. 

The bedroom is furnished with bed linen. Queen Bed, leather sofa, desk and chair, central A/C.

25-35 mins walking distance to NIH (1.5 miles). The bus stop (No. 47) is very close, 200 ft, 1 min away.

Free parking space is available. No pets.  Shoes off policy.  

Clean, quiet, and easygoing are a must.

Not a cooking enthusiast.

Rent term: at least six weeks from June 2 to Aug 31.  Security Deposit: $600. Will return in 10 days at checking out day. 

Utilities are all included (internet, water, gas, electric).

$2/washer & $2/dryer, $40/one time cleaning fee, no any other fees.
